I renvewd my visa going to bahrain through Abudhabi 3.30 AM reached Alain 10 AM clock 24/03/2023 Alain mall Du office visit directly
Iam now at new visit visa and gave my passport and visa to update my sim
Counter one exicutive mr nahyan exicutive i think
office told me bring photo stat print need Documents After walking 2 km out side up and down i took photo copy came back At that time exicutive tell impossible to do . if he says its before itself i dont want to waste my time and energy even by fasting
Note. customer exicutive counter 1 staff behave badly to customer

One of the worst experience I have ever had in any retail store. The employees were so unprofessional and rude. They were all Egyptians nationalists who didn’t have any respect!

I was having difficulty changing my du postpaid plan yet Mr. Karim Abdelfattah was so helpful and kind. He help me fix my du postpaid plan as i wanted to change it to other plan. I waited around 2 hours but it was worth it. Note: better to be in al ain mall du than in bawadi mall du as they truly wanted to help you here. Again, thank you for helping me mr. karim abdelfattah

As usual Du performance is very bad . It starts with the token system, when they open the counter at 10:00 ,the guy starts asking questions without any customer importance. His way of speech itself is trying to irritate the customer.
Another the bad experience from du , which I got today. I went for sim replacement as my e-sim was not working . Gave new physical sim in 10 mins ID scanned , signed and all verification done. Evening line got suspended, ID is valid for two more years and still not sure what’s the issue. I’m using the number for almost 10years and this is the service they give .

Why are you telling your customer that the only way to cancel the account is calling the hotline number? And no need for papers or cancellation paper??
And i have than just that!
And now, your hotline is asking me for my cancellation paper or any evidence?
What is this???
And all my complaints through your hotline is not registered??? Wow!! Its really great!! Nice customer service!

Terrible customer service ! The staff were very rude and did not have the patience to deal with any of the issues i had . Extremely disappointed!

My sim card was is not work and i went alain mall du, but they don't know what is the happen is my sim card ,they terminated my sim card 24 hours they told fix same but still this not work,there service really not good ☹️
