2 hours waiting time, letting people come in front of you even though you've been waiting, employees like to waste time In talking about personal life with customers instead of doing their jobs. This branch needs to change all the employees to competent ones who do their jobs.

Worst Public dealing office ever. Waiting time is beyond than bearable limits, Dealing people without tokens. Staff having gossips while people are in waiting queue. Came for Post paid package change but eventually decide to not deal with Du anymore and cancel the services

Very bad behiour by the representitve. Need to chanage my package from post paid to prepaid.
Take ticket and stay in the que for 1 hour after long time waiting he check in the system and said pay the previous payment on the paymeny channel and come back after 1 hour. I asked him need to ticket again he said no need. I come back after 1 hour to the same person now he said take the ticket again that means wait for 1 hour more

He can said that time take the ticket again .

Now what happend as i sat on the chair that as i taken the ticket before and you said no need ticket , he let his chair and his manager come to his seat and switched off his computer. Which shows very rode behaviour of the manger. He even didnt asked me anything

Via this i would like to request du please take it on serious note and give traning to your employees about customer services

If I could give no star i would do it, the staff and manager are extremely bad in service, I don’t recommend any one to deal with them, better to change ur SIM to Etisalat

not helping at all always they have IT problem I don't know how they give service if they have problem in IT
