I am writing this review with immense disappointment and frustration regarding the abysmal customer service I have experienced from DU. For the past 10 days, my WiFi has been non-functional, and despite my continuous efforts to resolve the issue, I have been met with nothing but negligence and a complete lack of concern.
Every time I have called DU's customer service, I have been assured that someone would contact me within 24 hours to address the problem. However, to my utter disbelief, not a single call was received. It is disheartening to see that DU's representatives make empty promises without any intention of following through. This level of unprofessionalism is truly unacceptable.
Feeling exasperated and desperate for a resolution, I requested to speak with a supervisor. To my astonishment, the supervisor informed me that the only way they would assist me is if I upgraded my account and paid extra fees. This is an outrageous demand and a clear display of a company putting profit above customer satisfaction.
It is truly disheartening to witness a company with such a blatant disregard for its customers. I have been a loyal DU customer for several years, but this experience has completely shattered my trust and confidence in their services. The fact that DU is willing to leave a long-standing customer without WiFi for such an extended period and then attempt to extort more money for assistance is beyond comprehension.
As a customer, I expect to receive reliable and efficient services, especially when it comes to essential utilities like internet connectivity. I trusted DU to deliver on their promises, but their handling of this situation has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I sincerely hope that DU takes this review as an opportunity for introspection and reevaluates its customer service practices. Customers should not have to go through such distressing ordeals, nor should they be coerced into paying additional fees for basic assistance.
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before choosing DU as their service provider. Their lack of responsiveness, poor customer service, and willingness to exploit their clients for profit are clear indicators of a company that does not prioritize customer satisfaction.

I dealt with different members each time I visited and all of them always wanted to genuinely help. The manager was also great and was very helpful to escalate my issue further. I will definitely only come to this branch in the future if I need any other assistance.
