Poor customer service, the manager doesn’t know how to handle the staffs, rude talking. Had to visit this office 4 times in order to activate my DU number, staffs did not upload the documents for activation and we were struggling. Manager ( inside cubicle, glass office) need to be provided proper training on customer handling, he was asking to go ahead with porting to Etisalat instead of trying to retain the disappointed customer!!

Very bad attitude,arrogance and disdain for customer.Not even one officer knows how to solve our problems with courtesy. Moreover, their faces look like we have borrowed something from them.????????????.

Just went there, and the arab guy didnt even greeted me as a customer.. and humbly ask for help for my tourist sim card, and he answered me in a rude manner and say go to al ain mall instead they will help me there.. i was shocked and disappointed in his manner.. im here visiting al ain..
this is no good.:

the staff named: MAHMOUD TAYEL is very disrespectful staff,rude guy,dont have good manners,he is not even giving answer to the complain,and he is more angry than the costumer????????u200d♀️how come your hiring a staff like him?he doesnt even know how to handle the angry costumer?
DU IS A LIAR!!!!i converted my ETISALAT simcard to POSTPAID PLAN,as per agent promised to me that i can also geta mobile plan together,1day after the du simcard postpaid plan was activated the agent cannot be reach anymore!i go to DU and tell about this matter so they tell me to wait within 48hrs,i am waiting for 48hrs but still NO RESPONCE NO ACTION!they didnt even also informed me about the contract that they will automatically add my VISA CARD INFO to that contract!THERE REALLY FRAUD AND LIAR ALSO!now i want to remove this plan w/o any payments since their not saying even the TRUE from the start!but after all 3times going to DU STORE AT JIMI MALL since DEC27 and 5times call thru call center,STILL THEIR NOT DOING ANY ACTIONS...
