Never trust them. They explained there's no fee and additional charges when you exchange 4G home internet to Home Wireless Plus with same monthly payment and billing, but for a first month you received double bill: for your 4G and for a new Wireless Plus. Total scam and lying in your face. Never to this business with them.
Update: now they are lying that I agreed to be charge for 2 internets... extremely dishonest and misleading people.

The worst service you will ever have.
I requested to cancel 4G plan and subscribe to the 5G plan.
They cancelled my plan after 1 month. The 5G plan is not working, and now they want to charge me for both plan and none of them is working.
They just steal your money.

I bought the 5G home plan 2 weeks ago and till now I haven't received the free vouchers for bein connect and OSN !!
When I called them to raise a complain they said they can't raise a complain!! What kind of customer service is this?? They are not bothered to assist their clients ! Buying du package is one of the worst decisions I've ever made! Not recommended at all !!!!

Very friendly helpful staff but really don't agree with the ladies on the desks being forced to stand up all day. Not good for circulation or their backs. Other than that it's a very good bank. I've been with them over 40 years

Lovely staff in cannock branch xx however natwest needs to offer more facilities outside of hours such as outdoor cheque paying in kiosk or need to catch up with other banks to allow paying in cheques with online banking.
