My employer has just moved here. So far loving working here. Building staff very friendly and helpful. Other business residents welcoming. Arrange lots of communal events: Easter raffle, Coronation Party etc.

In my experience the service was excellent. Polite attention easy access. Security is very good..parking and accessibility for most needs..friendly atmosphere..

Decent facilities open spaces and very roomy which feels safer in COVID times.
Pool table in the lobby area for some downtime and shared workspaces for getting out the office all in all good facilities.

Great office space for any business size with an atrium and a lovely community feel. Reception gives a professional first image and the extra meeting and training rooms offer alternatives to having meetings in your office. Limited parking.

Went for a sports massage. Secure parking with barrier controlled access. Very professional staff on reception. Very knowledgable and friendly staff in the sports massage area. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic business centre with great networking opportunities. Unfortunately, management do not credit the place and open your mail and have appauling customer service .
A definite for any potential , enthusiastic business owner but air caution to the management .

Attended one day business start-up workshops and 121 follow up meetings with my TEDCO business adviser here.
A new, and spacious building. Offing rentable office, meeting/ conference spaces. Including a friendly manned business reception service.
For a small monthly fee, a business postal address, with manned telephone answering services alone can be arranged.

Location wise? Excellent. Only a 2 minute walk from Darlington rail station. And, quite central to Darlington town centre itself.
