I went to Dubai Islamic Bank once again, armed with a movie on my phone, as I always do. Unfortunately, this bank has a notorious reputation for long waiting times. I had visited another branch earlier, but was redirected here due to the overwhelming number of people. To my dismay, there were 18 individuals ahead of me in line. However, the bank seemed to prioritize certain individuals without tokens, further prolonging the wait for others. After enduring a two-hour wait, the counter staff provided yet another excuse and instructed me to return after 15 days. It seems I'll have to find another movie and make my way back to the bank once again, with a touch of humor.

Worst branch ever! We have been waiting for 4 hours now just to finish one simple thing!!!! The stuff are not professional at all ! They leave the counters for so long and then they come back to work ?! Seriously you guys should enhance your services and train your employees to work professionally!

It’s crazy to even imagine observing how such a massive bank operating in the region. If I have a choice I would never would ever be customer to this bank . Several flaws in the basic bank services. First impression there are more than 40 people in queue and only one customer support and average time being taken to server each customer was over 15 minutes. Top of that branch manager who suppose to manage area was crossing request from the queue token to the same customer support agent. DIB management has to reconsider over the service in such an amazing country which is known due to its rapid growth and amazing advancement.

The worst banking service ever in the UAE, no improvement at all with the service.
2 hours standard waiting time
Deserve better staffs and management.
Not acceptable with a reputed banking co and within a country like this.

I had to wait for 4 hrs to update my name and address. Even worse, few staff are rude and would argue with the clients even it’s their fault. Ridiculous. On the other hand, the supervisor was very helpful and calm.
I hope NEGATIVE (-) 5 star rating is available coz staff attitude deserves it.

Just horrible ????

Every time i visit this branch, they don't find a solution about the long queue and to add up to that, giving priorities to specific people..i came 2 hours before their closing time and still didnt make the cut.

On top of that, harrassing CALLS and WHATSAPP messages from different staff on different numbers telling me i am eligible to get credit card or loan even if i told them i am not interested numerous times! Almost can't tell anymore which ones are genuine or scam. It's just so upsetting.

I dont feel safe with this bank as i dont know how someone can take money from my card 3x without an OTP. I got my money back, thankfully, but still. If not for my company issuing this card wont have chosen this bank to start with.

It's better to take the day off and go to another branch. This place is always running with half it's staff and they are so slow! 3/6 staff were manning the customer service station and after an hour and half they served only 5 people! Hire more component people. You are one of the bigger banking names in UAE and this is just embarrassing.

The counter staff at counter number 22( Lady ) was entertaining customers with not tokens ,when I asked her she started shouting at me and when I asked why she said that she will shout at me and she don’t care at all. This is so disrespectful and pathetic service from your staff. Would like a response from your team on this.
