I am just writing this review as an appreciation to the Jordanian employee at the Teller service. He works very efficiently and professionally. While other employees take 30mins per client, he manages to help 10 clients during the same time. This made my trips to the bank so much better and quicker, and I hope he is rewarded for his dedication.

Don’t be mislead by this branch if you’re planning to go for some work. They have only opened it to waste people’s time. Minimum waiting time is 2-3hrs for any work.

Had to wait for an hour to do a 5-minute transaction. Poor service and unwelcoming employees + one of the teller employees (a cashier) asked me to reveal my debit card pin code.

I went to Al Dana branch later. Employees were decent and helped me finalize the same transaction within minutes.

No one had ever care about my queries, the bank keep taking extra money than what I used . Even when I asked them why they said I don’t know , you have to go to other branch we don’t offer solutions for this !
It’s absolutely bad experience being in Dubai Islamic bank

Unfortunately they don't care about customers' time. The service is not good at all. Only 1 employee is working in the teller department. Not recommended to visit this branch.

Waited almost 1 hrs with my ticket number and I did not get served. Everytime a new customer came get served before us they told me they are vip clients, since that branch is surving vip first and ignoring other customer then you could name it as a vip branch only and don't waste other customer time.

It's OK but no room to move and I still do not like post office counters pushed into a shop with NO privacy.

It's a local quick pop in ahop has a variety of different foods and drinks and newspapers. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Post office side is always busy. Be prepared to wait. The staff were nice and chatty but recently quite rude so I just go somewhere else.
