Lately the coffee at Dunkin has taken a hit and tastes watered down and totally bland. It's been so since the last couple of months. Earlier it wasn't a problem. I went there early morning yesterday and ordered the coffee and donut combo. After just a sip of the coffee I informed the batista that I won't be able to drink the coffee as it tasted very bad and she was nice enough to replace my coffee with a fresh one, however even the freshly brewed cup was so watery and weak. It was like drinking coffee flavored hot water only!
Dunkin Donuts, please standardized your house blend coffee to the one we're used to and loved!

Small shop at Al Jimi Mall. Excellent collections of donuts. Variety and yummy tasty donuts. Bout with a good offer. Excellent service, Manager is calm and explained well. Had milk shakes also. Tasty and yummy. Enjoyed our dinner here. I would love to visit again. The price range is reasonable and the ambience was good.

I'm a big fan of Dunkin' Donuts since I was a child so I came here today to try their sugar-free donuts.

Food - 5/5
As usual, donuts are really good. I tried their hazelnut sugar-free donut and the vanilla sugar-free donut. I liked the hazelnut variant. Personal favorite? Bavarian and Boston kreme.

Location - 5/5
Convenient, not crowded. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Staff - 5/5
They're fast and they know what they're doing. ????

Coffee was so good, donuts were fresh.
music was too loud but staff decreased it when we asked.

Giving Dunkin' 5 stars for their delivery service. I've been having Dunkin' deliver to my place since last year and wasn't able to write a review on how excellent they package their goods. Stickers labelled with "Dunkin' Hygiene Promise" is a great way to assure the buyers of the safety of the delivery and they have always managed to double up on the lids to ensure safety. Take note, I was supposed to write this even almost a year ago and they're doing really well until now. Not to mention the fast delivery and also just now, their handwritten note speaks volumes in encouraging other people during this pandemic (I am on quarantine by the way, so this is timely). I can't help but write a great review! :)

I order bavarian flavor but they give me strawberry flavor ..this is the way you give your costomer wrong flavor???????????????? please i want to return this?i want bavarian flavor.And the donut also is not new its hard omg why you give costumer like this????????????????????????????
