Google Maps' exterior pic doesn't do this justice...the lane is full of flowers in baskets and pots. This was the perfect stay in a great location. It's a cosy, unique, historic and quirky property with really efficient log burner, bath, power shower, all kitchen mod-cons and separate laundry. Under an hour to Glasgow or Edinburgh by train - station a 10 minute walk. The grounds are huge with additional walks at both ends of the lane. There's a great space at the back door for wet gear after a long walk. Shona was friendly, easy to contact and happy to help. We called on her local knowledge a couple of times during our trip. Thank you for making our stay memorable! We'll definitely be back :-)

This was a fantastic place to stay. We were made so welcome. A change of plan meant it was a last minute booking. The host was very helpful and made sure the cottage was all ready for us. Even a nice bed in front of the fire for our dog with a dish of water. The location is great for the town centre, having said that it is in a nice quiet location. The cottage was spotless clean and very comfortable. There were lots of lovely walks close by and nice big garden for the dog. This really was a wee gem of a place and we are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, stunning walks basically in the back garden. The host Shona was wonderful, full of local knowledge which made our stay even better as we could make the most of our long weekend. Really close to the train station if you need it, 5 minutes from some lovely pubs and restaurants. Definitely going back again!!

Amazing town and lovely wee cottage within walking distance to all that you need. Host was there on arrival and provided us with some great walking routes for us and the dogs. She was on hand if we needed anything else. Thanks again for a memorable weekend.

My wife & I spent a very pleasant 16 days at the cottage, in summer '18 ???? We found it very homely, clean with lovely furnishing! Situated in a beautiful location in Scotland with access by bus, train & road to the main towns & cities - ideal.

Great place to stay with everything you could possibly need laid on. Shona is a fantastic owner nothing was too much trouble right down to a delicious English tea delivered to us on Sunday afternoon! Wonderful walks and amenities close by and very central to local attractions steeped in history. We will be back for sure. Thank you Shona.

I cannot praise this cottage or host Shona enough. Shona is cheery friendly welcoming and extremely helpful . The cottage it’s self is immaculate and the decor and attention to detail that Shona proves are the same as you would expect of a high end hotel . Where the cottage is situated is perfect it is quiet and peaceful and very relaxing. The local people are also very friendly helpful and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit . Already booked to go back and cannot wait .

Well above average equipment, a host who really goes out of her way and a great location for enjoying Dunblane while still getting peace and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
