Really enjoyed it! We stopped at 2pm on our drive from Al Ain to Abu Dhabi. We were immediately greeted, our order was taken and then he went back to start cooking. It took about 10 minutes for our food to be served.

Our burgers were great, and the fries were cooked perfectly.

Only complaint was that the building was a little warm.

Eagle Burger

I ordered the Baller chicken burger.
Grilled chicken with lettuce, onion and a special sauce. Fries were amazing. Crispy and crunchy. Very nicely seasoned.

Polite and friendly driver.
Delivery on time.

Untrustworthy delivery service. The burger is really good, but sometimes it isn’t. I’ve been ordering here a few times. Issues start appearing more frequently when they know you are a regular. That’s the end of the road for me.

I agree with the previous review, even though the food seems good, the customer service and care is below average,,, I tried 2 times to order and i came to the place personally , each call / visit more annoying than the first time....
seriously, waiting for to take the order over 10 mins and then nobody comes and when i come they replied they were busy ( they acknowledge that I was seen but none came )
I will never order again ....

Although the Eagle Burger and milkshake I ordered were delicious and reasonably priced, I give this restaurant just 1 star. The reason I’m really disappointed with this restaurant is the customer service. When I ordered my food they called me to send my location to one of the staff, which I did immediately. At 3:30 am I called that person and the restaurant to check on my order and they didn’t answer in any of my 11 calls! What frustrated me was that they didn’t text or email me anything about the order and it was for Suhoor which‘s important. I then called the person whom I sent my location to and they decided to simply switch off their phone and to ignore me! I also checked that they read my messages on WhatsApp including the location. That left me furious and honestly embarrassed as no one should be treated like that. Thankfully, another gentleman shortly called me telling me that they are at my house.

By the way, if you are reading this and owner of this restaurant then you should revise your restaurant’s customer service. And if you are the person who switched off their phone then I would like to say one thing: what you did was extremely disrespectful and you should think about what you did and because that’s not an acceptable action by neither a gentleman or a lady and I pray you can see that.
