So here is my bad experience.

I was just looking around thinking about buying phone, I was joking if I can get other things for free if I buy phone, but this filipino lady, she wore uniform and black suit (I guess she is at least supervisor level) was rudely speaking to me like I'm a beggar, talked to me while walking away.

She definitely needs to go back to school and learn some manner

We are more than satisfied with the customer service of the staff who attended our needs in the store. Thanks to Joseph and Abu Baker who are really good in what they do. The mobile phone I purchased has great deal and good value for my money. Thanks for the suggestion and recommendations to these amazing staff.

Worst customer service ever. When buying the phone they did everything possible to convince me to buy 2 years extra warranty for 700 Dhs. When I returned the phone for repair after a year from purchase date with a screen damage that is not due to a fall but to a manufacture error. They refused to honor the warranty and. after a month of waiting demanded that I pay 2100 dirhams to fix a phone screen that malfunctioned due to a manufacturing error, not a break. I am going to file a lawsuit with the competent authorities.
I do not recommend buying any product from this store, especially paying any amount on a warranty that you will never benefit from, and you will be defrauded

The staff is professional and caring, good people and it's just a pleasure to come to the store, beyond that, the prices are excellent and the atmosphere is excellent as well.

I had an amazing experience in shopping @ e- city marina mall I was assisted by Benedict it was indeed an excellent service he make sure that the watch i bought it was connected and everything it was done properly.And other guy also he is very friendly his name is mohammed.First time to shop in your store great experience to meet this two staff . Wel done guys keep up the good work.

Worst experience at E-City marina mall. Sales person showed me various TV options today, I selected samsung TV which was showing 1,669AED, it was placed at the main entrance. I have picture pictures taken today. The TV was moved to counter and while I went to counter for payment, they mentioned it is now for 2,599AED, but we have talked to manager and can give you in 2,099AED. That’s pathetic…. I refused to pay extra from what they are displaying at the store. I felt cheated.. not sure how they are working with this behavior.. They took my number and said we will call you.. i don’t expect the call… this is my worst experience during last 9years here… highly disappointed and unsatisfied

Beautiful clean, quiet, street it has an old school community vibe.
The parking spaces are limited and only for residents ???? It is very close to the city centre, overall it's a lovely road
