Ordered meat zurbian and chicken madfoon. Super slow take away service. Packed wrong order. Upon reaching home got mandi chicken instead of madfoon.

Been here for years ...its the only CU that hasn't moved with the times , every other one has online accounts so you can see where your money goes . Its never open when its supposed to be so I pay by standing order but that means I don't get a receipt so I actually have no clue about my shares ..went today to speak to them it was supposed to be open at 10am till 12 but at 11 am still closed 11.30 am still closed joke

This is one of the best Credit Unions in Glasgow! all staff are friendly and helpful! I have been a member since 2006 and never had a problem.

It was absolutely terrible. The service was just plain rude. They were unhelpful and were even talking to me in the background. I asked her to please stop and she told security to come and remove me. They were very rough and I explained to them. They told me never to return.
