El Race is a good company with experience workers in terms of building, Maintenance and etc kindly contact RCC for all your work

Good company (Recommending for freshers)
I worked for this company 4 years.
I never see delay in salary.
Friendly work place for all workers.
You can improve your career.
Specially owners of company are easy to access.
I will recommend this company for freshers only. Because salary structure in company not even good for non Arabs.

Although there is always a space to improve.

So I suggest to keep check and balance on all of your branches of EL Race.
And promote peoples on base of performance not base of connection.
If you people will make a little change like
Justice for all.
Check and balance on all peoples.
And better to put a complaint box or cell.
Review complains and solve genuine issues.
If you come to know problems of people I am sure InShaaAllah no one will resign.

I pray from bottom of my heart may this company live long.

Overall a Good organization for work and live happily with job security.
