Fabulous care and support. Honest and extremely helpful analysis of my hearing issues. Amazing hearing aids that have made a huge difference to me personally and to family life. Thank you so much. Really helpful and thorough aftercare support, plus always a phone call to remind of appointment - reception staff very helpful and welcoming. Fully recommend!

A first class service. The care and attention to detail were excellent.
Carolyn couldn’t have more helpful, she was very patient and I was able to trial every hearing aid on offer. Highly recommended.

First class service. Johnathan took so much time & patience, ensuring my new aids were correctly set up & the price was extremely competitive. Cannot recommend highly enough. And absolutely first class after service from Julie & the team nothing is too much trouble.

Highly Recommend!! I've never been here before but I was having trouble with one blocked ear that I couldn't fix on my own and was looking for somewhere to fit me in before Christmas. I contacted Horsham Hearing centre online, got a call back on the next working day and booked me in. The lady fixed my ear issue no problem. All I can say is that all the staff were brilliant from making me feel welcome and also we're nice and friendly.

Professional and polite.
Needed help with congested ear canals. They examined, diagnosed, explained the procedure and successfully treated the issue.
