Following my below post when I had poor experience, I visited Elaaj two more time and both of these visit I was served well and did not have to wait. I must say my view has changed, I had really relaxed massage and do highly appreciate.

"Had poor experience. Booked for my wife and myself, on arrival they my wife was taken in and they said nothing to me. After waiting for 25 min the staff comes to inform that they cannot do massage for me as they had given the slot to some other customer. They were over booked. Did not have courtesy to inform in advance. I had no choice but to wait until my wife finished. This was not professional. However my wife was satisfied with the massage."

Visited for a relaxing massage and it was a great experience. Great ambiance with traditional kerala ayurvedic medicines and equipments, well experienced and friendly staff and well maintained facilities gives us worthy experience and value for money. More over it refreshed mentally and physically and would like to visit again soon.

The call was made to book an appointment. They said come now. The day I went, they said the doctor was not available. If the doctor is not present, why do you tell the customer not ‘mDo not come and do a massage, the father suffers from back pain, which means that he must be diagnosed by the doctor, and then the treatment is prescribed for him. Even the inquiry was not made if you are a trust card holder, maybe the patient does not have the amount of treatment. The patient must be informed of the value of the treatment or there is a trust card. The funny things immediately come to room for message and no explanations were provided. Really depressed
