I am still owed 1200aed as they failed to meet the terms of their contract, but there is nobody I can contact.
This lack of communication, integrity and clarity is very disappointing and hurts not just customers but also the few staff they have ????

this is anas i am member in dubai branch they freeze our contract since more than 6 months and they didn’t refund money and no one picking up the calls so we need some responsible person from your company to whom we can contact and sort out our matter asap.

The boats are in terrible condition, they promised they will fix them and renew them but never did it.
Terrible administration don’t give them your money. Now two weeks with the platform out of service (maybe they didn’t pay the provider) so we can’t make any boat booking.
what a waste of money!!!
Even in Abu Dhabi the boats are worst and don’t work properly, is a risk for you and your family. Be safe and go somewhere else.

If your choice of boat is not available, they provide a replacement and send an update when the boat is available for booking.
Happy with their service and support.

This company does not maintain their boats and they provide boats in unsafe conditions. Since our membership we have been rescued a total of 5 times due to engine malfunctions.
Specially in summer 2022 the boats in Dubai were in extremely bad conditions, steering problems, engine problems, damages not been repaired, etc...
On the 20th August 2022 we received a message saying that Elite Captains will suspend operations in Dubai. So, basically they are no longer able to provide the service you paid for.
We requested a refund of what was left of our membership and they claimed that the contract says we will be refunded within 72 days. Correct, but the contract also says you are supposed to provide me with boats and suspending operations is a direct breach of the contract.
In summary, do not join them unless you want to have tons of problems.

Firstly, joining fees are paid with the understanding that the service is available and members need to renew subscriptions annually, the company suspended the operations in the Dubai hub without prior notice and with no policy to compensate!! Their offer to use Abu Dhabi, so I need to travel 4 hours to use the service!!
Second, boats were very badly maintained, if at all. I gave them feedback on the day of joining that one boat has major problem in steering. Now they suspended the operations in Dubai Harbor, pulled the boats out and the problem was still there the last day i tried to use the boat.
Last, but definitely not least, no one does answer the messages nor my calls. I already filled a complaint by DED, hope that there will be some compensation.
After my review, the company answer confirms two main things: They did not answer the call, and after one year they are not offering the service as contractually they are obliged to. The latter point confirms that the joining fees now needs to be refunded.

MANAGEMENT of this company is ridiculously horrible.
Zero maintenance, late in fixing problems, old boats with bad engines always having issues and they will put it in your shoulder that you made this damage, few choices even on boats.
late in replying to you, they have no idea about your payments HORRIBLE.
