Shortage of staff. Staff is not to shown their product..take it or leave it attitude. Very poor.
Further they dnt deliver the 50 inch TV n that dnt tell till u purchase. Height of unprofessionalisum. Why somedy would buy from them?...

Just was in emax hamadan branch and was dealing with the the worest (customer service) sales agent called Jeffrey Av , he is rude we were trying to express him to exchange an iron and fridge that we bought a day ago and he started an educational setion and investigation trying to blame us instead of politically apologizing….

Gina is the best always ask for her !!!!

If there is negative stars i would use it …. Personal bad experience with the store staff… they tried to apply physical force can u imagine they pushed me physically! No matter wht happened no matter whts the story they have no right to use physical force! They can simply call the police if they can’t handle a customer who ddnt even say single bad word and respected the staff and getting useless reply from someone who is acting as store manager … came to know later he wasn’t …. Situation was simple for ur info and i gave the solution in advance but the staff r not even considered as civilized humans to think or talk!
