Bad experience! The staff isn't helpful . Items online have a better price on emax website but they refuse to match it. Asked me to order online and collect from store which failed since there is something wrong with thier website. So i went and bought the item from Jumbo electronics.

04/08/2023 5:43pm at this day and time, many employees are present I can’t even count them, but one cashier out of four is only working while others employees can see and still not assisted him to finish the queue. When my turn came after waiting, other employee brought other customer’s bill to finish while I was waiting. 100 free employees but only one cashier guy working while other three cashiers are free and watching

I Asus laptop with two years guarantee. After using it for six months, I had a broken screen and I took it back to them so they can fix it, and unfortunately it took over a month to be fixed and each time I contact them they keep delaying and telling me tomorrow and day after tomorrow and next week. Unhappy about the service at all. The guy i dealt with was Isuru and Ameer. Bad service for real.

I love this store not because of there offer or price..because they are very friendly approach. Also the way they explain they knows some people came for just windows shopping even though they will explain very nicely ...i know lot of people says they are doing their job but I can say they are doing their jobs with 100% dedication...feel..which is missing in Jumbo electronics, Sharaf DG...they pretend but not really 100%..

E-max has excellent options and I was assisted by a very helpful sales man Hammad who enlightened and explained to me everything I asked about until I bought the laptop that suited me. 100% recommended electronics store.

They have the worst customer service if you're planning to buy from them. Don't expect good customer care after purchasing. I have tried to contact them with phone and email, but they never respond
