I have had only bad experience with EMC due to the fact that the new E300 I bought from them for my wife had issues from day1 to the extend that their recovery team is so familiar with me as they pick up my car at least once in a month ???? for the last 1 year! Car still new and mostly driven by EMC engineers than my wife!

However, I must mention about Mr Hamza working at the EMC Musaffah who has been extremely kind and helpful every time I have issue with this car. He always tried to do his best and went beyond his capacity to get things sorted, which is highly appreciated by me and my wife. Thank you Mr Hamza for your assistance. Hopefully, the last fix done resolves everything and no more issues ????

If you are coming here for service or anything, please note your issue will not be resolved in one visit despite they tale minimum4 days each time ,you will have to come over and over for it
U know what just book in advance for multiple visits each moth just in case
