One of the worse ever experience , other Mercedes specialists have more knowledge than EMC. I brought a perfectly running car for an oil change during service week back in March , lots of parts where replaced without my confirmation. I wasn’t able to drive the car back home twice after It broke with Major oil leak and white smoke. Did not receive spare parts yet until today 1st of August 23. 14000 AED bill was payed and another 9000 AED is Due after I receive the long waited for part , ( 9 months + ) and this is not the first time.

Very bad experience, no proper inspection on the vehicle. QA/QC should step in and fix whats going on in the service lines and ensure parts are inspected properly/been changed. New Staff are different story, they need to get customer service courses for better communications.

Nicer people than in Dubai. The Philippine ladies in Dubai are really a joke. In Abu Dhabi the reception people are nicer. They are under works but there is an area for waiting. And prices are cheaper. We travel to Abu Dhabi for all services. It’s worthy.

Such a disappointment!!! I would never expected that a Mercedes service would be this low and the customer care this bad! Not a personal clash at all, but not even one worker had enough professional act to discuss the issue reasonably or helped to communicate with their superiors or management! Why is it a Mercedes then!! No need for such car if this is the service! If this gets recognized I will need to talk to someone who knows the business and what to do respectfully.

Why not provide taxi to people who bring car for service????????

Disastrous experience, wrong diagnostic of previous issue and they expect the customer to handle it!
Poor attitude and communication and poor quality of diagnostics.

The staff are tired! Not very welcoming and expect to wait a long time to check in your car. Had a bad experience overall. One start is overrated for this place.
