I will try to leave as many negative reviews about the work of the bank as possible. I tried to open a corporate account and for two months I corresponded with the bank manager (name Nita) providing all the new documents at the request of the bank. The last thing I was asked to provide was a real estate lease agreement, and the manager, trying to check it, did not even figure out that on the Sharjah portal you need to enter not the document number, but the contract number, which is on the second page. Naturally, the Sharjah portal did not show the correct result, which was the reason for the refusal to open an account. Also, at the moment, not all contracts are entered on the Sharjah portal, but this does not mean that the document is not valid. There was no response to my proposal to bring the original document to the office for peer review. Absolutely unqualified staff!
