Worst experience. There are no appointments! 2 Days PCR Mandatory! Original Passport Required!

Try to go as early as possible! I tried for one week with different timing (8AM, 9AM, 11 AM) but nothing works. Then the security said that they are waiting since 4 AM I went like 4:30 AM. I received token (No. 20) at 9AM within 20 mins my biometric was done.

Office timing 9 AM to 4 PM (Ramadan), security will not give tokens after 11:30 AM there will be around 400 people.

Securities are so rude!!!

I don’t know from what basis this office is showcasing 5 Star customer happiness rating.

Update:
For Normal working hours, I would recommend to go as early as possible (7 AM) will be completed within 10-15 mins tops

I went on Friday after Jumma prayer around 3 pm. My biometric were done in 5 minutes. Lady at reception was so generous to facilitate. Security guard was also good man. Don't know why there are negative reviews.

Fast and quick, less than 5 minutes. Then why 4 stars? There's a reason which is they are only concerned about picture and finger prints, which are supposed to do. I am talking about front counter agents, have asked them a simple question with the probable answer which I have received a response go to madinat Zayed without listening the full statement, r atleast he can route me to call center, I have been advised by call center to visit the center and discuss my concern with them. Anyways this was expected as we know the customer services standards which is expected.

I came to this office before 15 minutes of opening time and i got the 3rd ticket to the counter. And, within 10 minutes my was completed successfully.

Documents required: (for me only, may be different for others)

1) Application form
2) Passport

You will receive message from them within two weeks.

To avoid crowd, show up on weekdays early morning at around 6.30 AM, official time starts from 7 AM. Security staff is very kind and friendly and will guide you entirely, it only takes 5 minutes to complete the task. PCR report is deemed to be valid for 48 hrs, under which you need to show up to the office. Do check the document requirements before you visit.
