Very very slow banking experience. Waited more than 1 hour to get my turn to clear a cheque, nothing happened and I left the bank. No helping mentality staff. Customer care gives you wrong information about their Ramadan working times. Wasted time.

I occasionally use ATM here and it's good facility in this area bank branch available. One more ATM is available on east side door of mall near center point, I am attaching photo, cheque deposit cash deposit also available on 3rd ATM as I saw. But I didn't use.

Wonderful banking experience. Staffs are very friendly & deliver excellent personal assistance and support for our concern. My requirements were fullfilled by them in a very lesser time. My personal banking officer was Mr. Otaibah. Recommend this branch.

I visited for clearance letter... Staff member are very helpful and service was prompt... I surprised within 24 hours my letter was ready and bank called me to collect it.. Thanks for being such surprising high quality customer service!

My first Coffee 1# experience, here, Chepstow. Been visiting them whereever since. They have over taken other leading chains but kept it local. I'm not sat across the road anymore. Coffee, Welsh cakes and other delights. Tasty.
Back in Jan, 2023. Love it

We visited early lunchtime and it is clearly a very popular local refreshment stop. There are lots of tables and the turnover is steady so even if it looks full it's worth ordering and looking again. Service at the till isn't slick but it is well worth the wait and everyone working there is very friendly, helpful and couteous. The array of savoury and sweet treats will make you change your mind over and over again. The quality of everything is excellent. I'm so glad we stopped by. Thaanks all!

It's a really nice place to get a coffee and do some work. This was my first time at coffee#1 so I didn't know that there was seating at the back (I was so happy ahahah).
I also liked that the chairs and tables were all different sets - it added a nice rustic aesthetic to the shop. And the barristers were very nice and polite

This made an enjoyable change to the normal large multinational coffee shops. A good selection of cakes and good quality coffee. There were even some vegan cake options. This cafe seemed to be very popular with locals and tourists.

It's open early so that's helpful, and the decor and ambience is nice around the side with the windows, but a bit dingy in the area behind the counter. Cakes are often slightly stale. Sugar has to be requested now and is not out on the self serve area

Great food and drinks. Plenty of seating and lovely atmosphere. Only downside is that at peak times the que gets out of hand and your waiting ages to be served.

Lovely dog friendly coffee bar. Good coffee, yummy cakes, dog water bowls and treats avaliable.
Highly recommend.

Good experience would recommend to coffee lovers

Service was awesome and the stuff were very kind

The only reason why I did give 5 stars was because it was a bit noisy but besides that good place for a nice cup of coffee
