Worst customer service

Went to the branch to check on emi details, telephone customer service asked to visit branch, branch staff says - telephone customer service does not know anything.

Ultimately its the customers(us) suffering from worst customer service

This is not the first time that i am facing similar issues with EIB. But i am sure this is not going to change anything
