If you can refrain from opening an account here, that would be the best option.

The 2 ladies at reception/customer happiness attitude is so bad. They are more interested to sit on mobile and headset than listen to your queries.

Worst attitude ever. People who sits in reception should be approachable. Not the ones who are waiting for make the customer day horrible !!

Not to mention the customer care call centre, they themselves are not sure about paper works and convey wrong informations.
