From the day I started my bank account with Emirates NBD, I have never experienced any issues. I'm very satisfied with their customer care and services. I thank all staff and management at Al Muhairy center branch with special mention to Mr. Felix and Ms. Roselle. I highly recommend Emirates NBD.

A very welcoming experience at emirates NBD. Was having issues with paying off my credit card bill at the ATM machine. Walked in to one of the counters and the staff who were very approachable and had a smile on his face assisted me. Mentioning that the card payments can be made only through an ATM machine, he surprised me by actually coming over with me to see the problem I experienced. The staff name was Abdulla. He went through all of the steps I had done at the machine and identified the problem and instantly fixed it. Thanks to him I was able to pay my amount at the ATM itself. Thanks to Abdulla for his kind hearted nature and assisting me in sorting out the problem faced. Very rare indeed to see it in banks.. ????

Bad service ????visited the branch yesterday at 5pm and they said that the customer service serves the customer until 2pm only. The next day came and still waiting for my number to be served . There is one CM officer in the branch but the main issue that there is only less ppl waiting in the que and as am seeing there is ppl went to him without number. Plus the officer was walking in the waiting area and trying to convince the customer to visit other branches since he will take from 1 to 2 hrs to serves us. Already completed 2 hrs and still waiting my turn to come.

I would give them high 5 stars at least for their teller staff, particularly Amina who leads by an example and Satish who is always there when you need him, even if it means going out of the way to support.

I’m very impressed with the assistance provided by the teller staff. Thank you so much for making my banking process easy!

I visited the bank today and delighted to say it was a very comfortable visit.
Thanks to Mrs. Kimberly and Mr Abdullah who are very friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention their great teamwork. In short time I had what I came for.

Walked in to the branch for an account arrive, although it was a busy day at the branch I was promptly helped by Mr Ahmed Saad Shabaan and work was done quickly. Appreciate your prompt customer service. Everyone on the branch was helpful too. Well done

Very good experience in transacting to this branch, employees are very polite and friendly, specially Ms Roselle and Mr. Felix. They are offering drinks/coffee to the customer and I did not feel bored
