bad experience they deducted an amount from my account without any reason , now from half of last April 2023, i am calling customer service and visiting brunchs and wasting my time and my money and the time of my company to solve a small problem and one of there manager told me every problem will take 60 days to solve it? really why this long time what such bad service , every one tell me a story, they are not professionnel, and the worst of all they told me your money recall from other bank , but they don t know which date and which bank and which transaction ???? really not professionnel at all , and now i don t know where is my amount ? its not safe bank i can t trust him any more .

I received a damaged 100 bill from the ATM, but my bank won't let me alter it or deposit it into my account.

I was told to visit Central Bank to get a replacement.

Therefore, I must spend money on a taxi fare and my time in order to avoid the bad fate of receiving this damage cost from the ATM.

Any thoughts?

Worst customer service ever from any bank is by EmiratesNBD Bank. If you go to their branch, they will divert you to the Call Centre and if you call their Call Centr, it takes hours to talk to any Agent or Operator and finally they will tell you to go to their Branch and sort out the matter !!!! EmiratesNBD will make your life miserable if you bank with them !

خدمة سيئة من موظف القروض للشركات زاهر !! من متى موظفون البنك يجبرون العملاء على اخذ مبلغ القرض وعندما علم بانني اويد تخفيض المبلغ بدا يتحجج بالاوراق!!!
