I visited this branch couple days a go, the experience with the employee named Denny MS is very professional, on time everything prepared and easy to understand.
Denny he is a customer centric person very knowledgeable and trusted advisor for customers.

I have been going to this branch almost every day since last year, and as per my experience, especially the teller staff, they are very kind to deal with customers, and they are quick to release them. It's really appreciated.

I need to share my experience with ENBD Tourist club area branch Abu Dhabi. Have taken the loan from the Bank with salary transfer and buyout outstanding from other bank. Further partial disbursement has been done by ENBD.due to some official issues was unable to get the clearance from my other bank and rest disbursement got hold.Since two months was struggling with other branches to short out the issues. Finally two weeks back visited to ENBD Tourist club Branch and met to Mr.Tauseef Ahamed. They are very supportive and friendly.The team has put a lot of efforts in professional way to handle the issue successfully. I got my money.Thanks to branch the manager and hole team.

Horrible and very rude customer service. Inspite of taking the token after waiting for 10 minutes when asked the reception about my ticket told to go directly and check with customer service. After going to customer service counter asking how can I help you. So why should we wait for the ticket to be displayed. Better go directly to customer service first.
