Visit the branch at Jimi Mall Branch (near Famous Dave's) and ask for Clara - highly recommend for Expats in Al Ain. Clara and Talal assisted me in opening a credit card. Clara was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, fast and efficient. They explained things clearly and answered ALL of my questions. I wish I had discovered this branch earlier. They have set a level of banking customer service that every bank should try to achieve.
