Very bad service. CDM has catched my Emirates ID while i was depositing money. I complained regarding this.Customer care representative was talking to me very bad. Its one week over now. No response and now I received update that NBD team is not able to locate my Emirates ID. If this is the case, how can i trust the bank about our money. Later will they tell that we are not able to locate our money also?? Very and very bad customer support.

Totally love this place. Kept me sane when Covid happened. Totally brilliant, friendly team that work here. Always polite and great when had my children birthdays there. Love the cinema and atmosphere. Total credit to the cinema experience.

Amazing cinema! Been there 3 times and every time had the best experience! It’s most definitely the best I’ve been to in Bradford with reclining seats and amazing staff. I am disabled and in a mobility scooter and every time the staff offer to hold open the doors for me, which I appreciate greatly. However, it is quite expensive especially when buying snacks / drinks. This is the only flaw.

Walked into the cinema first time. Customer service is top tier, the lady who scanned my ticket volunteered to open the door for me. The seats are extremely comfortable, the cinema room is clean and comfy. The seat and the food are worth it for the price in this day and age of price rises.

A ticket for one will cost you £14.99. It will be too dark for you to see that the seat (it doesn't matter which you choose) will be stained and covered in gunk that ruins your clothes. The screen will be grainy and low quality like watching something in 360p. The staff are nice but the manager likes to go on power trips and treat them like garbage. Don't go here. It used to be nice. It's not nice anymore. Cineworld, a 10 minute walk away, is leagues better in every aforementioned way. I have nothing positive to say about The Light.

Great value for money. Comfortable seating with plenty of space. Tables for snacks. Affordable food and drink options too

It is Small cinema however chairs were really comfortable. Ambiance was also good

Love the light cinema. Seats are super comfortable and recline. There is ample space in between the rows, and you will never experience any kicks from the person sitting behind you!! The tables in between the chairs are extremely convenient. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The only snag is that some screens are smaller than others.

A clean and comfortable Cinema, perfect location with free parking at Broadway…
Always use this cinema to watch upcoming and new movies..
very friendly staff :)
