A delightful hidden gem with fun things to do for the whole family. Staff is very friendly, rooms are newly renovated with good amenities. The pool is very nice but the best part is definitely all the animals and wild life around. Great value for the price.

The Zoo was great experienced but I only comment is the room. The room we had was cleaned but not totally sound proof maybe because of the design of the room is with connected door to other room we had a unpleasant noise experienced from the other room. I hope they can organise the family and non family visitors for proper room. But our experienced in the Zoo was very great.

Great hotel and good value for money located directly inside the park. The stay includes tickets to the park and it's amazing to stay with animals directly outside. If you book the Chalet there's giraffes directly outside your door! The area smells a bit (naturally) but it's not unbearable and inside the rooms its fine. The room has all the features you'd expect and was clean.

Service from the team was great and check-in was smooth

Oberally highly recommended and can't wait to stay again!

It is a nice place to visit and see different species of animals. However, the snacks were kind of expensive for our big family.
Note: we purchased tickets with zoo activities for the kids only from Groupon????

We stayed in a premium room. They are quite spacious rooms.
However the room that we got had a bad smell ( I didn’t mean the ‘typical zoo smell’, that was expected! But we had a terrible smell coming from the toilet and the flush was not working. We requested for a repair, yet in few hours it stopped working again and there was a very noticeable bad smell continuously in the room. The ac was working great, but yet the smell was horrible and never went.
And the general cleanliness of the room and toilet was really BAD!!
Very poor Housekeeping too, we found a lot of hair strands around the room! We felt the room was not cleaned at all after the previous guest left!

Inspite of requesting for a room with a ‘fairly’ good view, we were put in Almost the corner The view from these rooms are not so great. However we got a glimpse to deers a little away from the room.
The only thing that we loved here is the Zoo! The zoo is well maintained and had good activities! We loved it! And such close access to the zoo is a unique thing!

Our check in experience wasn’t so remarkable either. I really really wish the management looks into these matters and improve this place. Good service, good hospitality, housekeeping & staff will make this place shine as there no such place in the whole of UAE, with a hotel inside a zoo! The room cleanliness is something that has to be seriously looked into, as most of the guests will be with kids and hygiene will really matter for family with small children.

Convenience & zoo access is great! Everything else is definitely poor!

Highly recommend the zoo, but not the resort !

The AC in the room was super noisy and couldn't sleep at night , , the receiptionest told us she upgraded the room for us to the premium view yet we got the corner room with no view at all , and they have the most stinky pool I've ever been to, it's open for everyone.. many people came from the zoo fully dressed and sweaty straight into the pool wether they are guests in the resort or guests for the zoo without checking

And about the zoo , No security or staff checking their tickets for entry, mostly are without wrest band they do enter from the resort side..

Nice hotel at the zoo! A few cockroaches, but that is expected since it's inside the zoo. Very spacious suite with FREE NETFLIX and other premium channels. Nespresso capsule coffee was the best I have ever had at any hotel. Deerfields Mall is a 3-minute drive.

Not too big
good variety of animals
Cafes every few meters
Entrance free for resort guests
Closely can observe almost all
5 min walk to wall/supermarket

Cons:
Not value for money (especially with resort)
All activities extra including feeding
Atleast feeding and some activities should be free for resort guests
