I lived in an apartment managed by EPICO for the past year and i cannot wait to leave.

Below par customer service, they dont pick up the phone. Zero maintenance over the past year.

Even when you attempt to contact them to get any information at all times they dont pick up.

And if you manage to get one employee they will definitely tell you it not their job and you should reach someone else. And if you do they will redirect you again and again.

Even if you get official communication from them via email they still wont stick to their deadline or promised actions.

I would not claim and say that i was helped at least once in their buildings

Very bad experience, i give deposit knowing everything will be ok, but it turn into nightmare when they said they cant put 2 name on tawteq, even tenant and the deposit is not refundable, i lost (waste) my 3210 aed for this kind of unprofessional people. Dont trust that person on leasing department..

They tell you and promise you something then set different rules and kick you out of your flat when they allowed you to have a pet they changed their mind... very bad managerial skills. No respect for individuals.

Very bad customer service and unprofessional staff. If you have a complaint, it is better to solve it by yourself because they will not take any action. They will only contact you for payments !!

Very Bad Customer Service… I suggest to remove all there staff and change to a better and professional staff who knows customer services role. We are paying to get insulted, deprive our rights and ignored our request. This company is good,, but people working here are very bad.

I have called the hotline for some permit query and I spoke to a lady name Daisy. She is unprofessional. Please give her a training on how to speak to your clients properly.
