never finish with first attempt, 4-5 times at least while you spend hours, days, weeks and money. Is always waiting and go again and again and again, and mistakes and confusion and money and fees here and there, they sell the legal advices without telling you before and even if you pay, the submit wrong papers, and stress and hours and hours, days and days. EVERY single time. No one knows nothing and everyone with their mobile on their hands while you wait and wait. Very Very bad…

The workers here starting from the security guards are very welcoming. I was well attended to when I went there.

NO Good Customer Service and Rude Receptionists. You will wait for very long for your number to be called only to find out they can not assist you with your concern. Reason' They do not know how to prepare the Receipt of Non Criminal Case. They will tell you to ask from 1 person to another. In which I clearly ask the receptionist if I can get the Receipt of Non criminal case in this Centre. Then she told me to get a number and wait. Which I waited for 4 hours of nothing. Then ths Receptionist GUY who is on duty after the lady, is very rude and arrogant!!!!

Misinformation and very long waiting hours. In the afternoon, the queue was slightly better (1.5 h) than in the morning. People waiting outside did not abide by the 2-meters distance policy despite the efforts from the emploees.
Edit: they are not punctual, they're supposed to open at 8am but opened at 8:07 am despite the 50 meters long queue. The number of employees is very low and they enjoy a morning chitchat which exacerbates the problem.
NOTE: Their job is split into 2 categories, 8am - 2pm (non-Smart Pass-related) 2pm - 8pm (Smart Pass-related).

Unsatisfactory service. No one speaks English properly and don't inform about the charges keep on asking pay this service then that. Must ask properly what customer needs and guide thru the whole process of charges and fees. Very bad.

It's not called Enjaz anymore but Infinity.
You can still file cases but be very careful if they send u to the offices in the right. They have some legal advisers who practice daylight robbery. One of them took 1500 dhs to write me one page for a Family Guidance case. I already had a case opened by me in the Family Guidance for nafaqa and he knew but decided to ripe me off 1500 dhs promising a Talaq but not writting actually important facts, not informing me I need a memo for the divorce case. He also did not know the Law well, telling me a husband is allowed to reject his wife to work. That's totally wrong ???? and outdated.
Of course the judge rejected the divorce case. Be very careful. A status of claim form for Family Guidance is 500 dhs at a reputable legal adviser registered under an attorney in Al Ain, no need to pay fabulous amounts to Egyptian legal advisers from Infinity. You can actually ask the typist in the injaz to write that for less than 500 dhs as it is a doc for Family Guidance not for the judge.
Prices are not fixed with them. Once I was quoted 3000 dhs for a lawyer, another time 7000 dhs I am sure if I took the lawyer, they would claim another price in the moment I had to pay or start the divorce procedures.

Very good service and little bit crowded but they try there best to do and work under tough time and guid people and nice guys in reception who help all people and also the counters take less time to finish all the work and done it very quick . Good job ????????
