Poor or nonexistent service. Staff lacks training even in the most basic details and they can hardly speak in English. No service at all at the beach. When you manage to get the food, it is decent but nothing special.
Sun loungers are old, quite destroyed by the sun and dirty.
Having said this, it’s one of the few places in town you don’t feel ripped off and you get something in return. The beach is pleasant for a hot day

The Escape is a Bar located in the Hiltonia Beach Club and its a good choice to a nice cocktail or a small snack. I tried the happy hour and its the best time to drink with the awesome sunset view. The food was good, very rich and tastefull sandwish. The views are amazing to the beach and Abu Dhabi. Service is very sloow...

One of the worst spots in the city. The staff and workers both slow and so unprofessional With fake working hours on the door and on the site. Will never comeback or recommend total waste of a really good spot right on the Corniche !!

Ram is the best waitress that I have met in town. Outstanding service and delicious food, I recommend everyone to give it a try at this wonderful restaurant.

Great shishas, night city & ocean view, energizing music at daytime and relaxing tunes after dark, very romantic. Cozy sofas, delicious snacks, nice place for expats

Costa is normally my go-to for a high street coffee as it's predictable and familiar to me. This particular one has the normal high standard of food. No fault to the staff, but often slow as can be busy, as it's by the train station. Not one I would sit in either, but often get takeaway to and from town if waking past

For a sit down Costa, it was a shocking experience. Tolets out of order. Seats are packed away. Staff were not the polightest!
Coffee ☕️ was not good, and hot sandwiches were below par! Worse Costa I have ever been to in the UK!

The train was delayed by 40 minutes so went in this Costa by Dorchester South station for a coffee but couldn't sit down as the chairs & tables were blocked off and the man at the counter said cant sit in this time of day, was only 3:45pm so Costa lost a sale as staff getting ready to go home long before the Costa coffee store shut, can't rely on Costa to be open in Dorchester, coffee Nero in Dorchester don't pack their chairs & tables away untill they shut, brewery square Costa very poorly run

Might be helpful if the hours on the website were accurate. Actually opens 45 minutes later than advertised, you would think they would want to make the most of the commuter trade as it's directly next to the train station.

It was ok, but not as good as Costa usually is. The staff weren’t really interested and the toilet was really gross. However being a Costa out drinks were still exactly the same as every other Costa, which is what we really went for.

Possibly the worst coffee shop I've ever been in. Gave it a second chance today after a terrible first experience but it was appalling again. Stale food served by clueless staff, bucket sized cups of weak coffee, zero customer service skills. Simply awful.
