The worse company to flow with between lies and deceit and exes penalties they force upon us as a no show and constant change they were guilty!!! Topping it tricked us and forced us off the plane after their layover that caused us serious discomfort. Therein causing us not to reach our paid destination on the planned day. Furthermore forcing us to stay in the airport hotel and giving us distasteful junk food under the pretence of another broken promise. This company broke the international law of freedom of choice other extensions of the law in more ways than one and scammed us 4 times. Unfortunately it looks like their staff is trained in this an exact example and proof of the company's ethics. Most of all the team leaders and management made a joke out of the fact that they, upon our insistence notify our family and leader herein we lied about the WiFi and no access to it or the airports WiFi!!

I would rate everyone involved -10 stars if it was possible

Due to Etihads error my change of flight was not processed in time, I was forced at the last minute to buy new 2 new sets of tickets … i was told it would take 6 days to be contacted to resolve.. it’s now more than 3 months — no contact , apology , Service recovery , resolution or refund ! etihad Ruined what was suppose to be a beautiful experience !

They used to be the best airways company. Now you have to fight with them to get your refund. I had a flight to Paris 3 months ago. I had to cancel due to Paris protest. My ticket cover the refund. I called them more than 3 times, they were blaming the refunds department. After 70 days, they paid me 50% of the ticket. Never flightwith wtihad again. The costumer service changed.

This airline will cheat you and take additional money for your baggage. Be very careful when booking because some of tickets do not include any baggage, and you will end up paying $25 per kilo at the airport. Shame on you Etihad!

Terrible! They are ignoring my emails and every time I call they tell they will come back to me but they dont. They owe me money for the expenses from a trip in October last year that was delayed 26 hours. Its been 8 months now!!! Impossible to get any response and everytime I open a new ticket they close it saying it is a duplicate. Will never ever fly with them again.

Now i am in airport with EY-513 …. Your employees they don’t have minimum soft skills to deal with passengers very bad experience with Etihad Airways this my first and last time with your flight.

Since 6 years i am traveling with Royal Jordanian Airlines and i never face any issue like today.

Terrible experience- It became just a name with too much advertisement and the services are not good as they claim.
1-They asked us to pay for the extra weight which was 4 Kg in total (1 kg per luggage) and we already bought 5 kg extra. The point is not about paying - it is the payment process itself that we had to wait infront of the check-in employee for an hour to process the payment because the system is down.
2- Booking through Etihad Guest Miles is a nightmare.
3- They suspended the Etihad guest miles account without notification.
We had to go through the whole booking process then in the last step - the page stoped loading and froze with not even showing what is the problem. We had to call the call center for 3 times to understand the process. On top of that in order to activate the account you have to send an email to Etihad guest information and to wait for a minimum of 3 working days so you can re-activate the account and book your ticket. That’s a huge waste of time and money.
