Recently took flight from Munich to Hyderabad via Abu dhabi. Overall journey was comfortable and I liked the service offered. However, my issue was Leg space in XL seat was not that great for me.

I took a flight from Bangalore to Abu Dhabi.
In this flight I felt Good because.. delicious breakfast I gt early morning.. fantastic Crew Good service..Good hospitality..well dressed..well hygiene..but one thing is bad when I exit frm Abu Dhabi airport they didn't guide me whr I took eithad bus whl in my ticket thy provide me eithad bus to Dubai..I searched alot coz it's my first visit..tht time many of passengers suffered wit me .. overall everything is Good..new experience.

We took a flight from Amsterdam to Abu Dhabi.
In this flight I felt bad because, the air hostess over there, said she couldn’t preserve food for my child for later .,when they were serving food, my daughter (5 year old) was asleep, we tried to wake her up but she was in deep sleep. That was bad. We asked for a child..

She said she needs to follow the protocol and rules. But she also human.

But rest all was fine. Good flight

It's a decent airport. A bit congested as it a central hub. Facilities are good.

I had 4 flights with Etihad Airways. All the flights were fantastic. The food served is delicious and the cabin crew are nice. The pilots are always on time and very professional. You feel relieved during your journey.

WORST experience ever in business class.
Apart from there is no actually priority boarding. As you stand with everyone in the tube if you come after they start boarding.

Buying ticket I have chosen seats but at check-in they gave me different ones. Nothing helped to change it.

Airport of abudabi. (!!!) I thought I would never see that kinda horrible airport but this one. Worst international airport in Middle East. Nothing, absolutely nothing to do. Shopping area is 10 m2. And nothing more. Just people all around, chairs, floors, tables, window frames..
Business Lounge is full, no sofas available. Just some chairs.

The only thing that I give 1 star is service on the plane. Was ok.

Never ever again with this horrible company!

I had the worst experience of all airlines with my last Etihad flight. I started my journey with 2 baggage from Athens going to Delhi, with a stop at Abu Dhabi Airport, and they transferred only the one bag to the next flight!! It's not only that my food stuff was all damaged after 48 delayed delivery. Moreover is their contempt and arrogance for the claim I sent. Same as the behavior in Abu Dhabi Airport, and the disorganization I have experienced 4 times during my transit in that Airport! I don't want to travel again with Etihad.
