I love that only in a small block you can find a lot of services, coffee shops, smoking items shop, flower shop, laundry, Starbucks, and a pharmacy. Etihad Plaza also has the prevention Centre for visa testing for expats.
I have two stars only for the massive amount of cockroach I saw behind the building. It was scary huge and disturbing. The front looks amazing but when you go in the back it doesn’t look like you are in the same location.
Toilets can be better than what they are now. I wanted to take my kids but it was extremely stressful to a place that is Absolutely not sanitized whatsoever.
There is Al Fair market we’re you will find non Muslim food section like pork and others. Next to it is a liquor store as well.

I would live there if I could, and if they had townhouses.
My favorite neighborhood in Abu Dhabi, has so many perks such as restaurants and nice walking paths, and my favorite supermarket: Al Fair.

Etihad Staff Accommodation Building. Calm and quiet accommodation. Easy parking. Super market, pharmacy, Starbucks, Restaurants are available. Etihad is the national airline of Abu Dhabi. Etihad plaza is just opposite to Etihad Head quarters. Etihad staffs like cabin crew, pilots are living here.

Nice place and safe parkings. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and even pharmacy in the building complex.
