Very bad response from etisalat as a whole.. I have been trying to talk to a real person since the bot wouldn't help.. I need a technician's visit but there is no way for me to actually contact this issue... how can I even solve a problem if you wont acknowledge its existence!!.. FIX YOUR CALL CENTER!!
