The Quick Fix application make a lot of things for me easy in maintenance.This is an easy application in that I request maintenance for my home from an application and it has good services and it contains all the services that you need for maintenance such as air conditioning, plumbing and electricity services. The customer service training to be provided to Staff Ronald at the mafraq Etisalat. My issue was solved by another team memberin few minutes without asking me anything I explained him that it can be done but he never listened Nd applied his own rules to it. So please train this guy Ronald from Philipines he should be polite and good with customers he s getting paid by etisalat so he should not destroy its image

One the worst worst worst company when i comes to customers service I mean you have to serve to get 0 but they don't even deserve 0 because they never serve .... they only have IVRs chat bot and virtual assistants which don't even understand what is the question ... the first company i have seen so big and have dumbest management who implement the zero tested systems when i come to customers experience.... my all postpaid number are blocked due to trade license renewal ... i don't have to visit government office to renew trade license but etisalat want me to come physically in there business center which is 50 kms from my location when i got there they said system is changed you need to upload documents online for renewal ... there is no working option online ... even whole staff was trying to assist to submit documents but they said we can take physical documents do it online now which is not working ... i have to make another complain that online doesn't show option to update it is showing expiry only. All my numbers are blocked and business is disturbed time is wasted ... they clearly don't value time of their business customer what they will do with prepiads ... million time better to switch to other networks and pay extra to get service on time and speak with real humans rathet than stupid virtual and bots

I should give no star… worst customer service only monopoly network. In security I they verified all documents later to counter after 1.5 hrs they will reject your documents with no reason.
Staff don’t know current updates…
No place to sit.
Really bad management has to take action

Worst business center with pathetic representatives. No place to sit inside. I went for 4 days regularly. Last time my letter head was rejected just because the date was not mentioned and i can't write it. The lift stopped working twice. There was no emergency exit or stairs available due to maintenance work. If there is any fire ????, there is no exit.
