if there is something less than a star i would have clicked on it. the struggle to upgrade a package is something i will not believe could happen in the era 5G network!!!. 3 times i signed the contract and everytime they seem to have an issue to find the request..sales department have no clue at all, communication is weak between departments, everyone calls individually not knowing what the other department has promised you, and the customer care have to bare the consquence of this and all they say "we have contacted the conserned department". pathetic!
