This is aimed at reception staff and customer care. Dentists are actually very good.

My son had an appointment at 3.45. He had to wait since October. Told them when the appointment was made that he got out of school at 3.35 so depending on traffic may be a bit late. Was told that was fine. He turned up 9 mins late and my husband was told he missed the appointment. No one else waiting... Never have any of our family been taken into the dentist at the appointed time. However, I called to make another appointment and they want £20 missed appointment fee!!!! I don't recall sending them a bill for my time when they kept me waiting in excess of 30 mins, nor changing my appointments at short notice. My time is just as precious as theirs.

This isn't the first issue we have had but is the last. Happily transferred to a professional practice.

My daughter was very nervous at the beginning but all the staff were really kind and put her mind at ease. I would really recommend coming here.

I recently visited the practice with toothache was seen very promptly by Dr McIntyre, he was very professional and made me feel at ease straight away. He explained things to me in a detailed manner but also in a way that was easy for me to understand. My pain has been resolved and I am back in on Tuesday for further treatment. Can’t recommend this practice enough not to mention how polite and friendly the girls were! Thank you to all staff!!

Excellent practice! Only recently registered my whole family here. Receptionist, nurses and hygienist are all first class. A great team. Absolutely delighted with my new crown by Nicola. Great work, thank you.

I have been to Envisage Dental Practice for both a dental checkup and aesthetics and cannot speak highly enough of the staff. They are all so welcoming and friendly. I had been thinking of botox and lip injections for a while but was very nervous but Aki made me feel completely at ease and I couldn’t believe how pain free it was. Thank you

A very professional and friendly dental practice. Very bubbly, chatty and attentive receptionists with a comfortable waiting area. Mr Lynch was very informative in detailing the procedure he was taking, humorous in approach and an excellent chairside manner, resulting in an overall first class dentistry experience.

Nicola is just wonderful , moved both my children here a few months ago and best move ever. Both of them are really scared of Dentist but Nicola made they feel so welcome and at ease , so professional and would highly recommend to anyone to anyone

Seen lovely Helen the hygienist at another practice of hers, a very skilled through and bubbly personality, sees her patients as friends aswell as patients. truly a great addition to your guys practice. Always a delight to come see her :) xx
