After 1 year of fixing my car, the door which they have repaired has fallen of the car, yes as you read, fell of the joints of the main body, I didn’t contact them to save time and the hustle, so I repaired it outside which costs me 400 dirhams and guess what all the interior door studs is broken and it needs a new interior which cost around 2,000 dirhams, thanks a lot!!
Don’t get tricked that it’s a big repairing center, you have to triple check on there work, didn’t have a good first time experience at all, but the staff is friendly.
I made an accident with my Dodge Challenger car, went in for a repair on insurance (non-faulty party) after taking the approval and all, they started working on the door and front left fender which were completely damaged they took 9 days repairing and after calling too much they said i will have my car back fixed on 21/04, i went on this day to receive my car it wasn’t ready in the morning, they told me come after iftar it will be ready, i went at 8:30pm they car wasn’t ready at all, the door inside wasn’t collected, the mechanic and balancing of the car wasn’t done and they gave me the car at 3:00 am, i noticed faded paint on the door, the door didn’t close well and front wheel cover wasn’t installed right, i returned the car again to remake and received it on 26/04, it was in good shape but not 100% more like 85~90% good as the door still have problems and the car insulation is bad (you can hear wind as you drive)

i called them and first thing they asked me if i can bring my car to the workshop or if i need help so they will bring my car with them own recovery.
second when i met with the customer service agent he was so friendly and frankly. he explained to me all the problems in my car and advised me to choose the most important if i don`t have enough money .
after repairing my car they even called me to check if everything is ok.
i really appreciate dealing with them.
they are really professional in what they are doing.
