If looking for a brand new car go for it , but im very pleased with my purchase . Priced correctly my car drives great i didn't expect it to be brand new and obviousely all cars needs maintenance even when theyre new

***please beware*** all good taking your money, may seem all good to start with etc. but please stay away from this company. They sell dodgy cars that aren’t checked properly, when you do take them back they fix it, ‘they don’t’… they just reset and hope keep delaying you’ll be out of warranty which means it’s not their problem. We are going to be taking legal action as this shouldn’t be allowed and can’t carry on. They will know who I’m talking about. So please people, save yourself money and the stress and go to a proper garage as this is not fit to be selling cars. Please listen people

Very good service. Polite and friendly staff. Not pushy in the sale of vehicles. Let you look at the car and allow you to ask questions. Didn't force a sale on the car. Just gave friendly advice and allowed you to make the choice if you want to buy it or not. Recommend them.

Whilst I can’t fault the service in the office, the staff Jamie and Paul we met today were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating with our toddler. We are left a little worried after reading the reviews as after spending over £6000 today, the Amber warning light came on during the drive home (around 70 miles after purchasing) and the radio is faulty. We are now awaiting confirmation they will cover the diagnostics check at a garage (was Informed they are normally free or £20) as the average cost is infact £50 and we can’t afford to be more out of pocket. I appreciate the guys are working on reduced staff but I am going to bed extremely stressed this evening when the after care could have been improved. I’m trusting they will reply tomorrow and it can be sorted.

I brought a Peugeot 3008 off you through zuto. It states that there was 2 keys, just had a service which is not true. I only got 1 key. Also They have not done the V5 to say that I'm the new owner. Service was not done as I did the service myself. Also the quote for the repairs to the rear bumper & lower quarter panel was not £2000. It was £1200. I was gonna let them do the repairs but they state that it's not under warranty and wouldn't do it. They also said if they had the car back and did the repairs they would stick the price of repairs on top of the price of car. I did not say I loved the car. I said I liked the car. Tyres weren't checked. They said they rather sell the car to someone who did not bother about condition of the car. Not happy. Bad customer service. Would not recommend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Would happily give zero stars.

Drove four hours to pick up new car and part ex mine, got there and no one seemed to know what was going on. Was told they close at 4pm on Saturdays but Google states 6pm, I was then told they closed at 2pm and that I was “lucky”.
Had a look at car and it wasn’t prepared, it’d be sat for months, which I was told by one of the salesman. It was green with mould, covered in dust and cobwebs. The wheels were all damaged and one tyre was flat. The car battery was dead so I couldn’t test drive. There was a lens internal to the front bumper that was smashed to show signs of front damaged repaired.
One of the guys offered to fix everything and then get the car delivered to me the following week but then had second thoughts when i had to repeat three times that I lived four hours away!!

Absolute joke.

This is a follow up to Sarah houghtons review below. I spent £6500 on a Nissan qashqai here.Engine warning light came on driving home. My mrs (Sarah) got onto garage straight away. Yes the engine light came on. I think that’s the risk you run with the 2nd hand car market. Didn’t feel I was being “scammed” as some reviews state. The guys were more than accommodating with regards to the warranty and work required. 2 fuel injectors needed and were replaced. They also sorted the squeaky fittings on the car and did the tracking. Fitted a £200 sat nav radio too as the one it came with originally was broken. As far as I’m concerned customer service was great! Thanks for the new car ! Much appreciated!

My brother recently purchased a car from you which was falsely advertised, the finance was done through Zuto and the car was a Peugeot 3008. Was told it had no cosmetic damaged to rear bumper and skirt. Had a huge crack in it. Went and said take it the local body shop get a quote and we will pay it. Got a quote and they said it would be cheaper for us to do it up in Coventry. Then proceeded to change their plan again saying they won’t do anything now. Car was over priced in comparison to the competition by at least 1,500 pounds. 0/10 made my brother not want to deal with them as he didn’t want the agro. Bully culture don’t hold up their hands when they were wrong push the customer to take on the burden while they roll around in your money.
