I have been a customer for the last 6 years. Regularly using all services. Recently, I tried to order food online. As usual, I got code, and i just entered code. Surprisingly, money got deducted in another currency called Nok, and instead of 70 dirham, it was equal to dirham 5122 .I contacted the bank. Asked me to fill and end the card holders dispute form, which I did.After almost 40 days of complaint, I didn't receive any response. Again, I contacted them .After 5 days, I received mail on FAB Logo and was told that dispute over and give us details about your credit card and mail was clearly from my previous relationship manager, which, as a fool I thought as it is sent by my previous relationship manager who may be in dispute management services. So I filled all details in form, which was incorporated inside mail known as KYC Verification formant submitted. The next day, early morning, I woke up with messages, and someone was sending code and using my card. I tried to block my card, but in 3 minutes, 3 huge transactions of 78 thousand dirham were done.I contacted my relationship manager this time. He advised again to fill out the dispute form and send it to the complaint section. He is trying to help me, but my question is, even though I filled all details, where is bank security. Fraudulent group sent code, and without me, verification transection happened one after another. Isn't failure on part of bank.I am sure this time organised group who has link with bank is involved. 2nd question if I get some money from unknown sources immediately, I will be questioned about sources, but why is nobody giving me any answers.
