The Fairmont is an excellent hotel for those who book a 5-star hotel for their business stay. This time, I voluntarily checked out after 6 days because it seems the sales team is not interested in accommodating business travelers and instead initiates power struggles rather than prioritizing customer service.

However, I still want to mention that the people from the regular staff are outstanding. Whether it's housekeeping, beach monitoring, or the front desk, they are exceptional. Especially noteworthy are people like Benjamin (Beach Attendant), who have a knack for authentically addressing customer requests and can communicate effectively.

Mr Roy Gonzales had done a great job. Since we are here that’s the first time we got our room so clear. We were very greatful to have this service. His behaviour and assistance were very satisfying. He put flower, towels. Clean properly and do a very good job

My wife and I recently spent two nights at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr hotel in Abu Dhabi with our 4-month-old son. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

The hotel is located right on the Canal. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious options.

We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool or on the beach. The two private beaches are perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or water sports.

The staff at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always attentive and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. The staff were truly exceptional, and they made our stay even more special.

Fairmont Bab Al Bahar Abu Dhabi, a true gem! The captivating view of the Creek and the Grand Mosque made my stay unforgettable. A perfect blend of luxury and scenic beauty that left me in awe. The concierge team, especially Michael, went above and beyond to ensure a magical experience. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel valued and cared for throughout my stay. The hotel’s exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. Special regards to the outstanding concierge team and a big thank you to Michael!

One of the best hotel I've been in Abu Dhabi, the hotel itself is huge and have plenty of restaurants and bar within. The staff are great and helpful. Special thanks to Lily and Salah for giving us a very nice room and pleasant welcome.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Food was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team and Valet has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel the again.

Professional staff and quick actions i.e. Mr. Sherazi and Mr. Ammar and Mr. Michael (concierge) at the front desk. The pool staff need some attention for better behavior with guests. The room service is amazing. Overall experience is awesome. Thank you

Luxury stay in Abu Dhabi. Great private beach with the view. A little pricey but good cocktails at the bar outside near the beach. Can’t fault anything of staffs. Top class service with smile all the time. Only stayed for a day and half as layover but would love to go back.
