I tried their falafel sandwich, yeah it was just a good one. nothing to say bad about that. because they make it in just a different way. and the price is also affordable.The behavior of the staff was all good. They are able to place orders very quickly as the customer rush is less

Well I tried most of the Egyptian restaurants in al ain and so far alkhanka was the worst, we ordered Fava beans, falafel, boiled eggs and papa ghanog, the only good thing about the food was the fool (fava beans) the rest tasted very bad, and they took long time to bring the food. Also the falafel seemed like it was prepared and was only reheated and served to us it wasn't fresh at all. Honestly I don't recommend this restaurant as there are far better options

الاكل جميل جدا والموظف هناك تعاملة رائع والأسعار ممتازة خدمة مميزة مع انه بسيط الكافتيريا..
Delicious food with good services specially the guy working there regarding price its very perfect .. I recommend to try it .

Never seen such slow service, they need more staff who can serve quicker. 15 mins in a queue, hardly anything left at 11am. Worst Gregg's I've ever been too

Absolutely appalled at the staff this morning. I was waiting in the queue for the breakfast options for ten minutes, while the extremely slow staff member served someone who couldn’t decide what they wanted, after they finally sold the person his food, the staff member looked at the clock, it turned 10:58am, and we were instantly told that breakfast time was up.

The food is excellent and reasonably priced, the majority of staff are cheerful and helpful. The fudge donuts are delicious I buy one every time I'm in for lunch. The only problem I'm having is when I arrive at my local shop around 2pm they have seldom any scotch pies left, or they are cold, I find this very upsetting and find myself crying a lot.

Pleasant staff, fresh products, comfortable surroundings and good value for money. Track and trace measures in place, with spotlessly clean and stocked toilets. Sit in facilities clean and tidy.

What’s not to love at Greggs! Nice food and cheap and cheap good Coffee.
Try avoid at lunch time though as there is a High school near by.

8am queues out the door, no sandwiches, very little hot food choices. Only 1 member of staff serving. The place is a joke
