Even though my mum had phoned her Repeat Prescription in the day before, and it was half an hour before closing, when I explained she'd been in hospital and had run out of one of her meds they promised to make it up straight away and it was ready for me to collect before closing time. Even with the Xmas/New Year backlog still being caught up to.

Should have pharmacy there permanently as it’s very busy boots I know at the moment there’s problems so it is understandable but haven to go back at 4.30 when it shuts at 5.30 in u have to be in Dundee to see your granddaughter x3 in help out it’s no good that way but overall it’s a good pharmacy keep up the great hard work xx

As an ex Boots employee I can only sympathise with very stressed staff. Never enough people . scripts take far too long and PLEASE do not mention Covid ! Covid is not treated from pharmacy. Clearly Boots think more of the profits than customer service and employee well being. The place is filthy ! Floors, shelves etc. Who do they think, of the staff they do have has time to clean.!?
I worked in a branch this size and we had a cleaner, a porter, beauty, medicine AND pharmacy staff.
If this is progress then keep it. Jesse Boot must be turning in his grave.
Area managers need to get off their backsides and into the branches.
