Do NOT park here! It’s a giant con, invented to trip you up so they can issue a fine. I paid for parking but the app isn’t fit for purpose so took over 10 minutes to do, despite multiple calls to their ‘helpline’ and because of that, £100 fine issued 3 months later!! I paid for longer than I stayed. I have receipts. Absolute SCAM and AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK!!

Took my daughter to a party at Jumping Fun on 26th March. Paid £3 in cash for parking 2-12 hours. I kept the ticket for over 1 month as I am well aware this car park is notorious for false charges. 10 weeks and 2 days later I receive a fine for over staying by 24 minutes (I was there 2 hours 24 minutes). Obviously I didn't still have the ticket and paid with cash so asked them to provide a copy of my transaction in the appeal to prove I paid the incorrect amount just to get automated reply refusing my appeal. Disgusting - can't talk to anyone - no point in going to the independent appeals service as can't talk to them either for advice so forced to pay the parking charge.

Would not recommend ! I used this car park to save a few pounds compared to shopping centre across the road (Derbion / Intu). I paid for parking but the telephone system chose incorrect option and paid for a different vehicle number plate

I returned to a fine notification on my windscreen which was followed up a posted later. I had evidence of paid receipt and attempted to appeal but unsuccessful. Would not use ever again.

A friend also received a fine from this company even though they had paid for the correct registration.

PLEASE AVOID...
Fine based company.
Faulty app. Paid for 2 separate days.
Typed my registration number but app used the one which was already registered.
Changed it twice until right car registration on.
Got 2 tickets for £100 each because.....an app replaced registration number anyway.
Appealed but these people don't care.
Just wonder, if they will refund me for a carpark i paid.

DO NOT PARK HERE! I recently used this car park when taking kids to Jumpin Fun. Payment machine was out of order so downloaded the app to pay. Got a fine in the post a week later so appealed. Despite providing payment receipt, parking company has rejected appeal so I have resubmitted to an Independent Appeal Panel and hope they see sense.....Save yourself this hassle and park elsewhere!

Update: after appealing to the IAS, the operator has conceded the fine! Glad they saw sense, but I still won't be parking here again!

Like alot of people paid via app/Internet. Company have now sent me a parking charge, even thought sent evidence but sounds like they reject it anyway, not.paying the £100 so let's see what the courts say.

This company is run by computers or people that only care about taking your money to line their pockets.

Parked here using the app. Paid for 12 hours and stayed about 5 and a half. I've received a PCN for non payment. I'm now appealing with both a receipt on the app plus my bank statement showing proof of payment. With this level of incompetence/corruption ( I let the reader decide), they should have their licence to operate removed.

Update: My appeal has been accepted and now the PCN removed. If anyone has similar issues I would advise to show proof of transaction by you with a screenshot of the VAT receipt on the app, along with a screenshot of your bank statement to show funds were transferred and received by them. Good luck.

If I could give 0 stars to these ROBBING BARSTEWARDS I would. Got a pic of my car coming and going and a fine saying I hadn’t paid when I 100,000% did. The app doesn’t work effectively, the machine only takes coins and I paid the wrong amount by 20p the first time (my mistake) so I paid a second time with the correct tariff. Appealed the fine and although they haven’t told me what I actually did wrong, they’ve declined the appeal. Absolute joke. Hope a sink hole ruins the car park. If you choose to use this car park then be extremely careful and take photo evidence of your pay and display ticket. If I had, I wouldn’t be paying the fine.
