Convenient stop for a Bathroom break. It only has one room that is suitable for disabled access and use. There would have been a problem exiting the bathroom door if I was a Wheelchair user as the delivery of boxes or stock was placed directly outside the door. The floor was in need of a clean in the bathroom, had plenty toilet roll and warm air hand dryer. The exit on the road is a bit short to be able to get up to speed driving out of the Garage.

I suffer with Crohn’s disease and found myself in trouble whilst on the A66. Came across this garage, hurriedly pulled into their car park and politely asked if I could use the toilet. The lady said yes and so off I went. However, on the way back out I was confronted by the middle aged lady with short hair working behind the counter, who proceeded to demand that I pay £1.00 for my use of the toilet. I paid up as she had asked but unbeknown to her, I had actually already decided that I was going to pull my car round from the car park to the pumps once outside, to fill up with fuel and get coffee/snacks. So the garage lost a lot more than they gained in demanding £1.00 from me for my use of their toilet.

Just stopped in for my wife and two young children to go to the toilet and was told it's for paying customers only. Obviously ignored that and went anyway coz what's she gonna do, but seriously love if you're reading this, don't be like that again, that's a jobsworth, you don't want to be one of those!
